Arkansas HIV Reform & Justice Coalition: The Time Is Now
The Coalition is a broad-based alliance of people living with HIV and those most impacted, community advocates and activists, community-based organizations, and government agencies.
Our goal is clear: to modernize Arkansas’s fear-based, stigmatizing laws that criminalize HIV status and replace them with non-discriminatory laws that protect public health.
We will achieve this by:
- Being a coalition led by people living with HIV and those most impacted by HIV
- Dramatically reducing HIV stigma through education
- Enhancing leadership and advocacy skills to drive policy change
